“I reached out on this property knowing that is was going to sell quickly and did not want to miss out. Crystal dropped everything and met me quickly at the property late in the afternoon on a weekend. She kept me apprised regarding any movement and potential other offers on the property. She completed my offer quickly and helped me navigate the process and follow up inspections after the offer. She was available to meet with contractors for inspections for me since I am out of the area. We were able to close in 30 days or less and meet my needs and wants. She has even followed up and taken care of my needs on a couple occasion after the close. I am very happy with her and her services/knowledge and professionalism.

Crystal is quite possibly the kindest, most thoughtful professional I have ever worked with. When we were searching for an ideal home for us, she went above and beyond to help us. She was always able to get a tour of a property within a day or two and she always responded to our questions within hours. She was also able to dig up information about the condition of homes and never hesitated to tell us if something was wrong. She would never try to get us to buy a property that wasn’t right for us and that wasn’t a good choice to move into. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a perfect realtor, stop here and give this wonderful person your business!

She listened to what we were looking for down to the smallest detail and helped us find that perfect home. Crystal is seriously the BEST!! She made our entire process so smooth and stress-free along with just being such a kind and fun person! She made all our house tours fun and informative, even going so far to bring some little toys and treats for our rambunctious toddler. She seriously makes buying a home so easy. She helped to advise us on how much work the house would need and kept all our needs/wants in mind.She even gave us an amazing gift basket when we got our keys that had the most thoughtful gifts. We appreciate her so much and will be using her anytime we buy and/or sell!!

There simply is no one as knowledgeable, intentional, kind, detail-oriented, or professional as Crystal Hill.
